Who I Am

My name is Jared Plasberg. I’m 23 years old, a distance runner, and a graduate of Christendom College in Front Royal, VA. Over the past few years, endurance has become a way for me to test limits, grow in discipline, and pursue challenging goals. I’ve completed a 100-mile run and walked the entire Camino Francés, experiences that shaped both my faith and my desire to live with purpose and intentionality.

What I’m Doing

I’m running across the United States. The journey is over 3,000 miles from San Diego, California to Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. I’ll be pushing a jogger stroller the entire way, averaging long daily miles for roughly 115 days. This run is about perseverance, intention, and promoting an important cause across the country one step at a time.

Who It Benefits

This run supports real women in crisis through the Front Royal Pregnancy Center, which provides free, life-affirming care to women and families facing unexpected or difficult pregnancies. Every mile run is a witness to the dignity of human life.
